Spaform Classic Range
The spa is manufactured from seamless acrylic sheet which is vacuum thermoformed onone of three workstations. This is then reinforced with laminated layers of fibreglass within a stream of dedicated spraying booths.
The spa is then encapsulated with high density foam to provide heat and sound insulation and to minimise heat loss for maximum energy saving. From here the spa is set for drilling and the jet faces machined to ensure watertight sealing.
Using pre-assembled harnesses and manifolds the spa is plumbed and then mounted into its in-house manufactured cabinet using mechanical lifting and turning equipment. All of the cabinets have all-round fully removable panels for ease of access. Final connection of the plumbing to its equipment and control takes place allowing sufficient time for the glues and silicone to fully cure before the commencement of testing.Full functional and water testing ensures the spa operates correctly to its maximum capability and that safety standards have been met and recorded.
